Over the last 12 months, the market capitalization of stablecoins has increased 32% in an unstoppable uptrend of institutional adoption.

Meanwhile, gullible people on social media seem to have overlooked that statistic as they succumb to clickbait headlines about CLARITY Act “delays.”

In today’s newsletter, I debunk this latest round of Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt.

As usual, the XRP community is uniquely equipped to call out FUD and find the truth on-chain.

Market Context

When Donald Trump recently issued an ultimatum to Congress that he wanted to sign the SAVE America Act before any other bill, crypto influencers spun that promise into a flurry of misinformation.

If you were to ask any regular crypto investor outside the Crusaders community to explain why the CLARITY Act is good or bad for crypto, I almost guarantee you they would have no idea why.

However, because everyone saw a post about “crypto legislation” being “delayed,” everyone suddenly “knew” that the delay was “bad” for crypto.

But is a delay bad? Was the pre-delay version good for crypto? What are the pros and cons, and will XRP be in a stronger position relative to other digital assets even if CLARITY never becomes law?

These are the intelligent questions that we ask in my community, and we have the answers in today’s XRP Premium Analysis.

XRP Premium Analysis

There are two things happening right now with the CLARITY Act that you should understand. On one hand, banks and crypto companies are arguing about who can offer yield on stablecoins. Banks want to protect their monopoly on insured deposits, the White House is mediating, and crypto companies are arguing for their own interests.

On the other hand, stablecoin market cap continues to climb by tens of billions every year – up over $70 billion within the last 12 months.

That growth has continued even amid months of delays and Trump’s recent promise to delay all bills until the electoral oversight bill, SAVE America, passes.

For XRP, here is what I see price-wise amid this FUD.

Trump announced he won’t sign any legislation until Congress passes a voter ID law (the Save America Act). It cleared the House with Republican support but faces a Democratic filibuster in the Senate, therefore needing 60 votes with 0 current Democratic support. Betting markets put its chances at passing as-is at…
