President Trump recently signed an executive order that points the Federal Reserve straight toward the direction of the XRP Ledger. His EO, Integrating Financial Technology Innovation Into Regulatory Frameworks, mandates something the XRP community has been waiting for for years.
I made a video about this, but I wanted to type out my precise thoughts for readers here, as well as talk about what’s happening during this bearish crash in crypto prices this week.
Basically, Trump is requiring the US Federal Reserve and bureaus under its and Treasury’s management to integrate digital assets into the traditional payment system.
It also asks the Fed to study how non-bank firms, including crypto companies like Ripple, can finally get access to Federal Reserve payment accounts and services.
Fed master payment accounts. Membership to the rails that settle the US dollar.

For years, the master account was the chokepoint. Crypto firms got locked out, forced to chase costly charters while big banking incumbents kept the private keys to the kingdom.
Trump’s new order tells the Fed to tear that wall down, and it has a hard timeline: an actionable report to the White House inside 120 days.
