Institutions have begun to disproportionately accumulate crypto as retail traders panic out of their positions.

Just this morning, Michael Saylor’s Strategy announced a $1.28 BILLION crypto purchase, the leading candidate for UK Prime Minister candidate bought a stake in a crypto treasury company, Kazakhstan’s central bank is buying, and Tom Lee bought hundreds of millions of dollars worth of crypto.

Market Context

We are below the 100-week simple moving average (SMA) on XRP, and it is very clear that one group of market participants are selling – retail traders – while another group of market participants are buying.

The last few weeks have made it clear that institutional accumulation is underway, with record-breaking purchases by financial giants.

War in Iran is spiking volatility to historic levels, including a single trading day for oil from $98 to $119 per barrel. As even the world’s most-traded commodity that serves as the primary economy of entire countries whipsaws 20% within 24 hours, XRP remains under steady accumulation by smart money.
