A SWIFT insider just wrote the XRP Ledger (XRPL) into the code.

He was the man who spent 27 years building the language for intrabank messaging system. Today, he made it speak XRPL fluently.

A man who spent his career inside the world’s most valuable bank wire network, SWIFT, just published new code that points banks straight at the XRP token.

His name is Tom Alaerts. For nearly three decades, this standards specialist helped SWIFT write and optimize ISO 20022, the messaging language that thousands of banks use to talk to each other. If money is going to move between two banks on opposite sides of the planet, it speaks this language first.

(For any purists out there, forgive my casual language in explaining ISO 20022 to the common audience. I know you want me to write a schematic with footnotes, but please, bear with me for the sake of your fellow citizen. Breathe. 😎)

Alaerts has built something new called pacs.crypto, which is code, not a website. It is free, open-source, and anyone can read it on GitHub. Think of it as a translator that lets a normal bank message hop onto a blockchain without losing anything in transit.

And buried in that bank messaging translator, listed right alongside Bitcoin, is the XRPL.

He wrote XRP into the code.

History does not repeat, but it rhymes.

When I look at how XRP is repeating its historical patterns, I see an upcoming price that most people would consider a “shocking repricing” as a mere, familiar, and unremarkable rhyme.

A shocking repricing is coming for XRP, and most people will miss it.

I have been saying this for weeks, and I am going to say it louder today.

There is a massive rotation of capital coming, and if you are not positioned ahead of it, you are going to be very sorry within a very short, very sad period of time.

I won’t be very sorry for you.

Here is the setup. The stock market is on fire, but it’s whipsawing. It’s thrashing at all-time highs. The Nasdaq 100 was up 1.8%, down 4.8%, up 1.6%, it’s all over the place. As I’m writing this, it’s down 3%. Wild moves for a $37 trillion index.

Remember: Less than a week ago, Nasdaq 100 was at an all-time high.

But crypto? Crypto is sitting in the corner, ignored, while XRP trades near $1.13, just a couple of cents above its 200-week moving average.

As time ticks on, the support lines and moving averages are drifting lower, so I must adjust my expectations of support and resistance.

Right now, nobody in macro cares about XRP. They’re all distracted with either oil or AI or the SpaceX IPO.

Which is exactly when I want to be buying XRP. When it’s an afterthought. In other words, way before its repricing.

Michael Saylor sold bitcoin at the end of May, and crypto investors lost their mind.

Then he turned around and bought 50x more last week for $12,000 cheaper per BTC.

Between May 26 and May 31, Strategy sold 32 BTC for about $2.5 million, the company’s first sale since 2022. It detonated a narrative bomb.

The Fed just opened the door to XRP.

Trillions move on whatever rail is fastest. Guess which ledger is secure and ready?

President Trump recently signed an executive order that points the Federal Reserve straight toward the direction of the XRP Ledger. His EO, Integrating Financial Technology Innovation Into Regulatory Frameworks, mandates something the XRP community has been waiting for for years.

I made a video about this, but I wanted to type out my precise thoughts for readers here, as well as talk about what’s happening during this bearish crash in crypto prices this week.

Basically, Trump is requiring the US Federal Reserve and bureaus under its and Treasury’s management to integrate digital assets into the traditional payment system.

Ripple just plugged its XRP Ledger stablecoin into a brand new $200 billion market.

Just in today, the launch came through three local partners, all at once: BiLira, Bitexen, and Bitlo. For the first time, these institutions may now hold, trade, and settle in the XRP Ledger’s flagship dollar stablecoin.

The dollars they move have to settle somewhere. Guess where they’re going?

Turkey facilitates nearly $200 billion in crypto transaction volume a year, according to Chainalysis, and it is the largest market in its region by a wide margin.

“1 billion XRP unlocking today” is the ragebaiting, claptraping headline that earns mindless applause from our critics for years.

Nevermind that it’s totally fake.

I want you to understand this simple narrative to be able to debunk it instantly, whenever you see it regurgitated on social media or published online by some slop canon.

As usual, Ripple released one billion XRP from its pre-programmed escrow this morning. Right on schedule, the same way they have on the first of every month since 2017.

Via two ETFs in its first quarter 2026 13F filing with the SEC, the Wall Street bank with over $9 TRILLION in client assets now holds funds backed by real, spot XRP.

Today, XRP trades at $1.33. According to traders on Polymarket, their betting lines are…

• 24% chance XRP hits $2.80 this year

• 17% chance XRP hits $3 this year

Why is nobody in the XRP Community talking about Wednesday’s XRP Ledger upgrade?

Tomorrow, the XRP Ledger activates an upgrade that will finally allow institutions to safely conduct on-chain lending and asset vault custody.

XRPL update 3.1.3 is already upvoted by 100% of dUNL validators and queued for mainnet by 12:04am Wednesday.

This update finishes the bookkeeping requirements for on-chain asset vaults and the XRP Ledger’s native on-chain Lending Protocol.

On Wednesday, even more features of the XRP Ledger become safe enough for serious money.

XRP has always pitched institutional payments. Move dollars from Singapore to São Paulo in three seconds instead of three days. Beautiful. But payments are a flow business.

Yield and bond management, collateral business, the tokenized Treasuries business, those run on something else. They run on vaults that hold one asset, account for it cleanly, and lend against it with rules baked into the protocol.

Standard Custody and Trust, the Ripple subsidiary that issues RLUSD, has been waiting 14 months in the New York Fed master account queue, and Trump’s May 21 Executive Order compresses that timeline from what could have been five years down to 90 days. Thanks to a new Executive Order signed by Donald Trump, Ripple’s Fed master account application timeline just shrunk from up to 5 years to no more than 90 days.

Ripple’s subsidiary Standard Custody and Trust Company, the entity behind the official Ripple USD XRP Ledger-based stablecoin, has been waiting 14 months in the New York Fed’s queue with no statutory deadline for approval or denial. That all changed this week.

The 30-year US Treasury just printed a 5% auction yield for the first time since 2007, and XRP is sitting at $1.36.

Those two numbers are not a coincidence. They are my trade.

The Treasury Department sold $25 billion of 30-year bonds at a 5% yield.

😳 5% 😳

The 30-year is now sitting at 5.12%, the highest level in nearly 20 years. The 10-year is at 4.59%. These are the highest readings in years, and they have ripped 70 basis points higher since the start of the Iran war.

When yields move like that, risk-on assets bleed. It’s not complicated.

Higher yields mean less expendable capital in the hands of consumers, traders, and institutions.

Less capital means less money flowing into crypto. Bitcoin dropped under $77,000 over the weekend with more than $670 million in liquidations. XRP came right along for the ride.

Here’s what is actually driving the bond market right now.

Inflation is hot, with US CPI on track to push above 5% this year. The Fed has a mandate to keep inflation under control. WTI crude is hovering around $101 a barrel and Brent near $106, because the Strait of Hormuz remains a powder keg, and NATO is now openly discussing deploying troops there if it does not reopen by July.

Moody’s has the US sitting on over $36 trillion in debt at 124% of GDP. More bad news. But Kevin Warsh was just confirmed as Fed chair on May 13, and he’ll be good for liquidity.

Nevertheless, despite Warsh being a pro-liquidity crypto bull, the market is re-pricing for effectively zero rate cuts through the end of 2026.

So every time a bad inflation print drops, every time an oil tanker gets harassed, every time a US Treasury bond auction comes in soft, yields rip higher and XRP…

The banking cartel went into full panic mode this morning as XRP rocketed above $1.50.

The Senate Banking Committee has passed the CLARITY Act this morning by a vote of 15 ayes to 9 nays. Bipartisan. Decisive.

Early reports are that two Democrats crossed the aisle, Ruben Gallego of Arizona and Angela Alsobrooks of Maryland, to join the Republican majority. both voted yes. Every single Republican voted yes.
